Deanne resides in Ambler Borough with her husband and two elementary-aged children.
Deanne received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cornell University and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Temple University School of Pharmacy. Additionally, she is a certified yoga instructor. Currently, she works part-time as a hospice pharmacist and coaches age group swimming for local clubs. She has also served as a substitute teacher and worked as a high school swimming coach.
Deanne is a first-time school board director and is serving a four-year term on the board, running from December 2021 through November 2025. She is honored to serve the Wissahickon community and during her tenure, has advocated for the needs of community members and promoting inclusivity and equity for all.
Deanne Chairs the Board's Curriculum and Technology Committee and Employee Relations Committee, and has served on the Communications, Health Wellness and Safety, and Labor Negotiations Committees. She is also the current Board PSBA (Pennsylvania School Board Association) Liaison.
In her capacity as a board member, Deanne has advocated for the District by regularly meeting with legislators.
